Keely Scamperle is the Vice President, Reimbursement & Market Access at Apollo Endosurgery (acquired by Boston Scientific, April, 2023). Ms. Scamperle’s leadership expertise spans 25+ years, focused in the disciplines of Healthcare Policy, Value-based Healthcare, Market Access and Healthcare Economics. Throughout her career, she has advanced internal and external frameworks of integration and utilization of RWE and patient preference data to inform global regulatory methods and coverage decisions for medical device technologies. She has routinely engaged healthcare delivery system stakeholders and decision-makers on a federal, state, and global/regional level to advance education, healthcare coverage, and public policy affecting patient access. Ms. Scamperle has been a key contributor to stakeholder groups including HTAi Policy Forum, MDIC, AdvaMed and Duke-Margolis Center for Health Policy Value of Medical Products. Prior to joining Apollo, Ms. Scamperle was the Global Health Policy and Advocacy Leader at W. L. Gore & Associates. Prior leadership positions held include LDR Spine (acquired by Zimmer Biomet), Wright Medical (acquired by Stryker), and Orthofix, Inc. Ms. Scamperle is a Fellow, American College of Healthcare Executives. She holds a Master of Jurisprudence in Health Law from Loyola University, Chicago, IL, and a BS in Health Care Administration from Weber State University, Ogden, UT.
