The Medical Device Innovation Consortium’s (MDIC’s) newly appointed President and CEO Pamela Goldberg sat down with Medtech Insight in May, describing the importance of Real-World Evidence (RWE) and what it means for medical device stakeholders. Ms. Goldberg pointed specifically to NESTcc’s test-case initiative, the first round of which are expected to launch in the coming months. Test-cases are intended to explore NESTcc Network Collaborators’ ability to capture data needed to support a range of studies and assess the feasibility of NESTcc’s envisioned Data Network.
